ThemeBazar grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the themes and templates purchased from our platform for:
- Building unlimited personal websites
- Building unlimited commercial websites (for clients or your own business)
- Modifying the theme to suit your needs
- Using the theme on multiple websites or projects
You are NOT permitted to:
- Resell or redistribute the themes
- Share your license key with other users
- Use the themes on more sites than your license allows
- Remove attribution links (unless specified in license)
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Payment and Credit Card Information
All payments are processed securely through our SSL-encrypted payment gateway. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. All charges are final and non-refundable after the 7-day refund period.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All themes, templates, and content available on ThemeBazar are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The themes remain the property of ThemeBazar and the respective creators. Your purchase grants you a license to use the theme, not ownership of the theme itself.
6. Limitation of Liability
ThemeBazar and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of our services or products.
7. Changes to Terms
ThemeBazar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the site. Your continued use of the site following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
